5 Mile Trail Run - Van Cortland Park

Regular Sunday therapy session at Van Cortland Park this morning with the NYC Endurance posse - skills and drills, evil bottom-to-bottom tabata squat warm-up followed by a brilliant 5 mile (8k) trail run. Slow, relaxing pace: 9:45-ish
