Ran the” Run for Haiti” this morning in Central Park - a different twist on the weekend NYC Endurance therapy. Brilliant fundraiser with 10 000 people running! Did an easy run: 4 miles 35:11 - an 8:49 pace. Huge thanks to the CF and NYC Endurance Posse who came out!
